If your order is not filled:
1.Please check the price of your pending order and have provided a competitive price so that it can be established with the counterparty;
2.You can cancel the order and re-open the price of the market to quickly close the transaction, or use the market order to place an order;
If you are unable to cancel the order, or if the currency has not been credited, etc., please attach:
1.a screenshot of the order;
2.Exception or error screenshots (work orders with no screenshots have a low priority).
We will deal with each customer as soon as possible.
